LATE REGISTRATION FOR 2008/2009

OLSCYO SPORTS PROGRAMS

If you missed the final CYO registration and still wish to register, please print out a registration form from this website and mail it in along with payment (check or money order only - made payable to OLSCYO). 

Please be sure to include family fee and sport fees (as well as uniform fee if registering for 1st time).   Include $10 Late Registration Fee with payment.  

Please email mike@olscyo.com if you have any questions.  Anyone registering after June 9th is potentially on a waiting list depending on team registration totals as of June 9th (exception being swimming and track).  Mail in to ATTN: OLSCYO c/o Our Lady of the Snows, 258-15 80th Avenue, Floral Park, NY 11004.
